They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. they also reported to collections even though they were paid in full

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They do not work with you or your attorney for small balances, and intentionally set out to ruin your credit even after a promise to pay from attorney on a small balance.
