They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The office staff is very nice, along with Dr. Chang. At times, my appointment felt a little rushed but always efficient. This place is an 8 out of 10.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.
