Very unpleasant visit. Long wait, consultation cookie cutter, not personalized

I was very unhappy with the level of service I received. I made the appointment over the phone and explained the services I required. I was told I needed a consultation and they only did that type of consultation on Mondays. When we checked in upon arrival, I was told that they could go ahead and do the procedure. Ummm... I don't think so! Not without a consultation. Their response was we don't do the consultations at this time, but they may be able to make an exception. They confirmed that they would go ahead and do the consult and to have a seat. I had an appointment for my daughter at 3:30 and by 5:30 we were still waiting. The first time I went up to the front desk to see why it was taking so long I was told there were three people ahead of us. An hour and a half later, the response was that everyone was waiting and they could not tell me when she would be seen. Unacceptable and totally unprofessional. I would not recommend this office to ANYONE!
