The worst! She has an elitist and condescending attitude. They undress and vaginally examine my young daughter every visit, even vaccinations. Saying “it’s their policy” doesn’t happen when my wife brings her in. inappropriate! I get a sales job every visit leaving with 5-6 referrals to all her friends for eye exams, braces, etc. they don’t know that I am an RN and hospital administrator. staff is incompetent, constant problems with records and billing. Extensive wait times on phone and lobby. Dirty office and waiting room, and worse now she is taking Medicaid. There are many other great pediatricians in the area who will put your child’s health before personal agenda. I will never recommend Ruiz and Ped Associates.

I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable.You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment?
Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
Do you trust this pediatrician to always have your child's best interest in mind?
Absolutely! I trust them over any other doctor
