Their staff is very friendly and professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
