Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
