I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

I have my tooth extracted last fall. They made me sign a lot of disclosures and waiver forms making me nervous. I have dealt with many as good professionals without them. I carry two insurances and they made me pay a STIFF PREPAYMENT which is unheard of in a small friendly town like Morgan Hill. Since last fall I have been in constant contact with the office and they reply they have not got paid by the insurance therefore they will keep my deposit. After I learned the insurance has a 1-2 week turn around time and pay dentists on time I got suspicious. I had to escalate and found out how messed up their system is. Make a frustrating story short it has been 110 days and they still hold my deposit by claiming the local insurances have not paid them. I have advised other dentists not to send any referrals as others patients can cause as much grief.
Not sure about quality of care or skills for a tooth extraction. I reviewed the fees with others and we all feel his fees are steep for the work required.
