His office staff misscheduled my appointment and then accused me of missing said appointment. When I arrived at my confirmed time, I was told by a very rude assistant that I had missed the appointment and I would not be seen. I tried to explain that I called and rescheduled for the time I arrived and was told by the person who did not do the rescheduling that I had not. I took time off of work to arrive at the CORRECT time and was in need of refill of necessary medication prescribed by Dr. Millan. I asked if he could take a moment to extend my script since I would not be seen and was told no, go to my pharmacist. I am prone to seizure which is why I need a neurologist and I go to my neurologist for this stress? A Neurologist that told me to avoid stress? Ridiculous! The office staff had already misscheduled the previous appointment which led me to this most recent incident. This happened on a late Friday afternoon with no option for care or refill over the weekend. I am furious! I cannot believe a Doctor would let his staff treat his patients this way.
