Dr. Stein makes you feel like you are part of the family. The staff always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Really friendly, warm people.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
