They are not people friendly over the phone at all. They were not understanding that things happen and sometimes with a child you need to reschedule things. They basically told me screw you, we don't need your business over the phone. After calling me when I missed an appointment and this is after the fact that they rescheduled with me. So after rescheduling my appointment they called me back and told me to find another dentist. I will definably not recommend this office to any person that has an hectic schedule and works in the entertainment field as I do. Very Shady.
