I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
