It was extremely difficult to get what I wanted. I requested a Cortisone shot for a blemish and she didn't give it to me. Instead she gave me a prescription for a Cortisone cream. I also requested Retin A which took almost 3 weeks and many phone calls requesting the Nurse to call me and she never did. Finally, the Office Manager called me upon request by the Doctor for me and whom I finally spoke with I found to be very argumentative and negative. I had asked for another simple hydrocortisone creme and she argued with me about why the doctor is not giving it to me and that I should see another doctor if I think I can decide what I want and need. I let her know that it was a struggle to deal with this office and it should't have been that way. It was a bad experience.
