My son has been going to Dr. Poliak since he was 4 yrs. old. He is 11 now. Every office visit all these years has been professional. Once in a while there is a little wait, but Dr. Poliak is well worth it. He is patient and kind with my son. More importantly, my sons eyes are getting corrected. I'm not so concerned with the magazines in the office like one of the reviews refers to. But, thay are wall to wall magazines! Not a shortage...
And his front desk girl is always pleasant and efficient. She has been as long as we have I think!

Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Not at all! They were boring and outdated
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
