I AM COMPLETELY OUTRAGED AT THE INCOMPETENCY OF DR SILVERFARBS OFFICE!!! THEY ARE THE WORST SCUM OF THE EARTH. ESPECIALLY THE OFFICE MANGER MINDY WHO IS RUDE AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS WHATSOEVER!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!. I saw Dr. Silverfarb in November 2012 for some spinal issues. The doctor himself was knowledgable, but lacked any kind of personality whatsoever. I was assured that a bill would be mailed to my house after it was submitted to the insurance company. One week ago (May 2013) I applied for a mortgage and was told my credit was not strong enough to be approved. I came to find out that the doctors office SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS OVER A $30 COPAYMENT!! They NEVER sent me a bill, or even had the decency to call me!!!! When I called to find out why I had been sent to collections, Mindy (Office manager) could not care less!!!!! My whole family are patients of Dr. Silverfarb. NOT ANYMORE. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS!!!!
