Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. My first visit was an 1 1/2 waiting before seeing the doctore. I could hear other patients problems in the waiting room and examining rooms from the office manager talking. The office manager is very rude and unprofessional in every way. Her work ethic is in desperate need of training. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions and I had to call for every bit of detail that I needed and the office manager acted like it was a pain to assist. I have ask to speak with the doctor on numerous occasions from the Marathon office as well as his office up north and have not heard from him at all. The office manager cancelled my surgery with no explanation other than she didn't like my attitude with her and I am not even sure the doctor knows that she cancelled since I can not get passed her by phone or fax. They sent me a bill though and proceeded to handwrite on the bottom of this bill that I can make an appointment in order to talk to the doctor. I don't recommend anyone going to this doctor and or office for anything with the treatement I expierience going there!!!!!!!!!!
