I have been a dental malpractice defense attorney for approximately 30 years. In that time I have been educated in what malpractice is. I am not currently affiliated with Dr Rezvan but I did represent him in the Santa Cruz case referred to by another reviewer. She suggests he injured a patient and left her only able to eat blended food. A jury who heard and saw all the evidence found that there was no malpractice by Dr Rezvan and some of those jurors were so impressed with his trial evidence they offered to do anything they could to help him after enduring the long and stressful trial. My opinion, for what it is worth, is that Dr Rezvan is a skilled and caring doctor. I'd let him treat my kids.

It's my opinion that this dentist is dangerous. I was rushed to the hospital emergency room after being overdosed by this dentist/periodontist. I sued him and won in Small Claims court. He is the defendant in a Civil court case now (May 2010). The California Dental Board really should step in before ANOTHER patient is harmed. The plantiff in the current case (in Santa Cruz, California) must eat out of a blender for the rest of her life. This is being written to protect people, not to harm the dentist's practice. He could probably improve with a suspended license while he obtained further training. I have documentation to prove I was at the emergency room, that I filed and won in Small Claims court, and it can be verified that he is involved in a case, as defendant, as of this date, May 5, 2010. I hope that Wellness.com will publish negative reviews, to help prospective patients find suitable doctors and dentists. I hope that Wellness.com prints this honest review.
