Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
