They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there.
