His Office staff is very kind and courteous. Dr. Richardson takes the time to listen to you and explain all your options and a language you can understand. During your procedures he is very kind and supportive and has a special way of putting you at ease.

Don't believe any "Anonymous" comment from a relative. I have suffered with chronic pain for twelve years and Dr. Mel Richardson is one of the finest physicians I've ever seen. I have been treated at Mayo Clinic and participated in their four-week Chronic Pain program in Rochester. I was also treated by Shands Medical Center/Neurology Dept. Dr. Richardson is board certified and is the most compassionate doctor I've ever seen. He "LISTENS" to you and he truly wants to make your quality of life bearable. He understands what you are going through. He is well respected in our community -- "drug dealers" are not. Many times family members try to judge someone suffering with pain from a disability that cannot be cured. Their doubt merely increases the pain for your loved one. I have received spinal injections and other alternate therapies recommended by Dr. Richardson -- have no idea how I would have made it without his care and knowledge.
