They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

My total experience with Dr. Vitale-Lewis and the entire staff from my consultation to my final appointment was wonderful. From the ambiance of the building to the friendliness and care of the staff. Dr. Vitale-Lewis has amazing surgical skills, the whole experiencing was extremely pleasant and I couldn’t be happier with results. Dr. Vitale-Lewis is very sweet and down to earth and I felt very comfortable with her suggestions for my surgery and I love the results My friends tell me I look at least 10 years younger and yet I don’t look like I had surgery. I have a friend who had a facelift 10 years ago by Dr Vitale-Lewis and it still looks great. She’s “THE BEST” –a True Master! I have to add that I liked that the surgery was done in her own surgery building- very clean- rather than a Hospital.
