Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did. They were so much more knowledgeable than I ever expected them to be, and they gave me fantastic advice. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.
