I was nervous visiting such an old Dr, especially at a VA, tbut he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable. He squeezed me in, even though he was completely overbooked. Well worth the wait.
