The reason for a low score is not in reflection of Dr. Benton himself, but of his Office Manager. Dr. Benton is a great person! My children had been patients of Dr. Benton for years unfortunately we had to leave because of the staff. Very uncaring office manager which in my opinion is concerned about one thing "MONEY". My family had fallen into a financial hardship a few years back and had accrued an outstanding bill. I also never received a bill which I find rather odd. I have had my suspicions that something was up with the office manager. When I made an appointment for my son he was refused to be seen because of our outstanding bill. I told them I would pay half. The office manager cancelled it and refused to let him come. I was livid! I gave him a piece of my mind. I do not recommend this pediatrics office because of STAFF! I had been a patient there for over 15 years. It's sad when they see someone as money making cattle rather than family. SAD!! Not until the office manager is replace will I come back.
