I have been coming to the oak Street Kissimmee office for ten years and for the last five, they have changed my doctors about 20+ between nurse practitioners and physiastrsts. The most recent visit i needed some forms to be filled out by "my assigned doctor", i went to my appointment like i was asked paid out of my own pocket $100+ yet the DR. SHUJEN FERNANDEZ made me feel very UNCOMFORTABLE in that appointment she was frustrated that Medical Records gave her the forms "at the last minute" saying that I have to fill them up when it was her job. Nevertheless her ATTITUDE was very UNPROFESSIONAL making me feel more nervous and anxious. Clearly she shouldn't be working on the mental health field.

I apologize to Dr. Vivian Charneco, and I retract my previous review.
I have been a patient at Mindful for 4 yrs. They are ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY PROVIDE QUALITY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.
I AM SORRY DR. CHARNECO, IT WAS NOT FAIR FOR ME TO WRITE AWEFUL THINGS ABOUT YOU AND MINDFUL. MY APOLOGIES TO DR. JOSE RIVERA AS WELL.
