I was really glad that I was able to meet and talk to the surgeon that would be performing my procedure, before my actual procedure. I felt a lot more comfortable going into surgery, knowing who the surgeon was and what they were like. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I couldn't believe how critical they were of me during my appointment. They were extremely rude and insensitive. As soon as I walked in the door, I could tell that Kirk Smith, MD was very respected by all the nurses and the staff. I immediately knew I was under the care of a kind, caring doctor. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
