I went to him for possible spinal stimulator or morphine pump. I had no idea what those were, my former PM dr thought I might benefit from them. Barangan spent the first appt bragging about himself, said my only hope was a stimulator. He said he would try injections first because his work alot when other drs dont. I told him I was immune to steriod injections, they had NEVER worked. I spent $350 out of pocket for his worthless injections. Every visit, I had to remind he what was wrong with me, he felt the need to brag every visit and constantly tell me about FL drug laws, which I knew about, I had been in pain management in another FL town for 4 yrs. I then agreed to the stimulator trial, $1500 out of pocket for that, didnt work. He then wanted to do more injections and got mad when I said no, he told me to go home and think about it, then walked out. I waited 2 wks,took my husband with me, I had told him this kook never remembered me and I wanted someone else to see this. We were asking Barangan questions about the morphine pump, upkeep, traveling, meds in it, ect. I ended up saying "so the pump will help with my thoracic and hip pain" He said no, it wouldnt help thoracic pain. So I said " then I dont want to do that if I am still going to take meds. Injections didnt work, stimulator didnt and pump wouldnt so now what? Could we try different meds?" He assumed, with no medical backup, that I was an addict because he said I needed suboxone. We asked what that was, he said he wasnt licensed to prescribe it, wouldnt explain it. We went home and looked it up, it is a drug for opiate dependence. I have never taken more than prescribed, usually less, never failed a drug test or asked anyone for extra pills! He has made me feel like a criminal, do not go to this heartless nut.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

No, they are almost always unavailable
