Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Once there though I had to wait about an hour past my appointment time. This is normal for him as I have been there a few times. Waited all that time just to spend 20 minutes discussing my condition. The office itself is messy with files all over desks. I had the nurses call me one time because they lost the doc's notes and wanted to know what he said and what perscriptions he gave me. The doc knows his stuff but I dont like how the office is run. I'm going to find someone else.

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
