Sugarloaf Medical P.C – Internal Medicine Primary Care is a privately owned, out-patient medical practice that was established in 2008 by Dr. Shukri George Makhlouf as medical director. At Sugarloaf Medical P.C. – Internal Medicine Primary Care, we manage a wide range of both acute and chronic medical conditions focusing on preventive care. We offer multiple diagnostic services including but not limited to electrocardiography, spirometry, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, home sleep studies, cardiovascular and general sonography, radiology diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, bone density scanning and more. We participate with most insurance policies.
We are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and we are closed on weekends and major Holidays. We currently provide outpatient services only. We are affiliated and located in close vicinity to all major hospitals in the area including Emory Johns Creek Hospital, Gwinnett Medical Center and Northside-Forsyth Hospital. We are 100% computerized and use eClinicalWorks for electronic medical records. Our office is also a member of the Emory Healthcare Network.
