They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Instead of examining my teeth thoroughly like they were supposed to, they only examined them for a few seconds. They should've taken the time to make sure they didn't miss anything. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
First my son's appt was at 8am. Well the Dr didn't come in until 9:30. I decided to leave the office and look for another dentist. The front office lady said that he was on his way from Redlands. Anyways I missed almost 2 hours of work and my son of school. I like the Dentist assistant they are very nice all of them but the Dr. being late for 1 1/2 late that's not right. Usually our appts are in the afternoon and they told me once I had to reschedule because they run out of time. Now I understand why, because the Dr. is always late.
I wont go to this Dental place anymore. The Dr does not care about his patients a lot of us have to work and can not wait for him to see at what time he feels is good for him to be up from bed...No Way....
If you dont mind waiting for a long period of time then is fine....But if you do...then ...go somewhere else.
