Dr. Lam is a very good oral surgeon with very attentive staff and very reasonable rates. Had a referral to come here for a wisdom tooth near a nerve and they took care of me. No waits and real quick! Highly recommended!

My wife has been there twice. first visit for regular cleaning but never met the dentist. A 'maybe' male dental assistant cleaned half of her teeth (not all) while chatting to another female assistant and splashed water all over her face as if she was having a facial cleansing instead of teeth cleaning.

2nd visit supposed to let them obtain a mold for her new bridge work. That was when nightmare happened! she never felt that much pain from any other dentists she has visited in her life. The dentist, Walter Lam (she assumed since he did not introduce himself), just stopped by and did a painful anesthesia shot which was inadequate or useless (why? read on). Then, he let the same male 'maybe' dental assistant finished the painful molding process. My wife called time-out several times due to pain but he did not or could not do much by paused a little bit before continuing to get his work done regardless. As a result, the side wall of my wife's mouth was hurt and scratched with multiple wounds as the 'maybe' assistant was just completing a heartless job order, without considering he is working in the mouth of a human being or patient. As a result, my wife's right face was totally swollen that everyone sees and thinks she was slapped hard.

4 days later, my wife's mouth was still hurt and she couldn't stand the pain, so she went back to the office and intended to talk to Walter Lam, the dentist. As you can expect, the assistants claimed that my wife needs to wait a long long time before she can see the doctor. And the same 'maybe' dental assistant checked the wounds in my wife's mouth and said she bite herself or happened to have ulcer. This is ridiculous and he used stupid excuses like these as if we were uneducated. Unfortunately, I was not there with my wife. Else, I need to seriously give him and the dentist a lecture on how to be a responsible person and a "professional" who works in a dental office and serves the public.

Finally, we later called the dental office to cancel all further bridge work and appointment and not to visit this office anymore. Therefore, we need to warn everyone here not to get hurt by visiting Walter Lam, DDS office or the other business name they use, "Lincoln Dental Group".
