Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

I felt confused and uneasy upon leaving. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.
