I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The chairs in their waiting room were pretty average. They weren't top-of-the-line but weren't uncomfortable either. They told me a little advice about what I could do at home to prevent cavities, but not enough. I was hoping for more information. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.The proceedure they did has broken more than 3 times. They didn't fix it when I needed it fixed said the dentist was out of town, but they could have had the technician on call fix the problem. I have lost work, sleep, life events because the tooth has broken off and I am too embarrassed to smile. The cost of $22,000 is WAY over priced! I have had to go to two other dentists because of their negelance. They were willing to refund $11,000 of the $22,000 but now refuse to do so. I would NOT recommend them!!! Period
