Got my braces off in May and a permanent retainer put on both top and bottom one month later the bottom fell off I had it repaired but then about a week ago it broke in two. I call and got and appointment as soon as I could the DR. Jack said he could only replace it for 250.00 because I may have ate stuff anyways HE SAYS HE ONLY WILL REPLACE HIS WORK FOR THREE MONTH AFTER THAT YOU ARE (*$^%.....) I had only had mine in for six months and started to have gaps in my bottom teeth

Let me get this so if you do a bad glue job and it goes over 31 days your going to charge me..... HOPE YOUR ALL RICH>>
