I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Words cannot explain how great the staff at market street dental are. Gina the new hygienist is a miracle working. She puts you at ease and takes the time to understand your anxiety and apprehension. She knows every trick in the book to make the appointment extremely enjoyable. and what i loved most is she speaks to you in terms you understand, not overly "clinical". Dr Gruhn has such a warm personality and vast knowledge it is impossible not to enjoy your time with him. Even with his busy schedule he makes sure to be very though with your exam and takes the time to get to know you. He and his staff take the time to find a way to accommodate you as soon as possible. The assistants are knowledgeable and keep the appointment going smooth and help get you in and out on time, which is important for me since I Get my cleanings before work. The entire staff takes their time to explain procedures, insurance coverage, billing statements and work their hardest to help you get the most out of your appointment. They are happy to show you many different options to meet your financial means. This dental office clearly has one concern and that is the health of your mouth! without question, I would recommend to all friends and family!

This business was taken over from another dentist that was great. After the takeover, the service, in my opinion, was not the same. Because of a particular incident at the dental office involving another family member a special dentist had to be used and in addition my billing has not been handled to my satisfaction.

I would not recommend this business.
