The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. They showed me the needle even when i had told them i was terrified of needles. I felt very rushed. They gave me nitrous which didn't work...the owner was actually trying to do meditation with me which scared me more...then under nitrous had me sign something thinking that I was blitzed. They proceeded to talk about their holiday weekend and how much they drank and slept with people they didn't know. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. They insisted i pay a huge deposit to book the appt then when I left because they scared me so badly they only gave back less than half that deposit (check made out with my name misspelled) so I couldn't even cash the check I'd wanted to. They over charged for all the services...actually full price then I guess intended to bill the insurance too. Now they are refusing to give copies of anything and haven't filed with the insurance company and aren't returning the insurance company's calls. This dental office is a rip off...a scam...BEWARE!!
