They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. It was very easy for me to get an appointment with them. They had very convenient availability. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
