The Doc is great, he also has an excellent NP working for him. Most of the time you cannot get in to see the Doc, becasue he is booked so I always ask for the NP. My problem is his support staff/front office. I always feel like I am bothering them just to check in, and afterwards when you leave its like its a bother for them to look up at the paper you have. And I am not the only one who says this, one day while I was waiting an older lady sat next to me and made a comment about the same thing. My big problem with the office is getting someone to answer the phone in the morning to get an appt. The past two times I called to get an appt, I was on hold for over 94min total. I keept hanging up after about 15 min and redialing thinking I was sttuck in the que. I wrote down the wait times so I bring it up to the Doc, not sure I will now. Like I said the Doc is great, the NP does a great job, the office staff is my concern
