hard to get an appt. then, I waited an hour after my scheduled appt to get in, and the NP didn't do everything I needed. they didn't call me with my results, I had to call, and then they called me 9 min before the office closed on a friday before a 3 day holiday weekend and leave a vm.=, that they will call on Monday (NO they won't because it's Memorial Day!!!!) WTF???? I am so changing providers.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
