The staff was not well trained.
Very young, aloof, inconsiderate, rude, not professional,
greatly inconvenienced me by being incompetent
and calling to ask me to come in 1 Hr. earlier,
then dilating my eyes, THEN
telling me "we no longer take your insurance"
and having no information or alternatives,
asking me to wait to speak with the manager
who would arrive in 1/2 Hr. ……I left, but could
not resume my work with my dilated pupils
Most negative experience.
