I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Dr.Reisfeld also took care of my mom when she needed surgery for her cancer. And when she passed away from complications from a heart attack several years latter he called me at home to make sure I was alright and to express his heartfelt feelings to my family for our loss. Not only is he an excellent doctor but, he is truly a compassionate person.

I had one of the most painful surgeries known (hemorrhoidectomy). After reading blogs online, I was expecting endless pain and suffering for a week straight. Dr. Reisfeld went in, did what he needed to do, and the post-op recover is literally pain free (minus a little discomfort from bloating). The fact I could have a painful surgery and be so comfortable shows Reisfeld is skilled. He knew exactly what he was doing. I called his office twice with questions (once prior and once after the surgery). Both times, Dr. Reisfeld answered the questions directly. When I left a message with his office, I got a return phone call in less than 10 minutes. After the surgery, he explained everything to my wife. He was 100% unfront about the potential pain of the surgery and told me exactly what I needed to do to minimize the pain. I would go back to Dr. Reisfeld in a heart beat!
