I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

I like the doctors very much. The office staff are good. I feel my children are getting good medical care and follow up. My only complaints are about when they open! They don't start taking calls to schedule aaptmts for the day until 9am! And even then, they don't really start until 9:05 or 9:10. It's very frustrating for a parent who must get to their own job to interact with an office that is so lackadaisical about starting their appointments.
