They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
