I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. She was mean to my daughter and told me she needed a good spanking to make her stop crying. My daughter was terrified of her as she yanked her arm to make her sit down.
