Battalora is the worst cheat I have ever seen in the medical community. Undisclosed charges for hundreds of dollars and Kaiser won't budge. Terrible experience that keeps getting worse. I went in for a sinus exam with her as a specialist. Pay my Kaiser co-pay and go in. Before she arrives a young man comes in and says he is there for my hearing test. I go in a little room and he checks my hearing and all is well. I go and wait for Dr. Battalora she comes in and is typing every word and says she is going to scope my sinus and asks if I am ok with that. She's the Dr., so I say OK. After some uncomfortable she says ok that's it, I need to inhale steroids for the rest of my life two times a day. I get it no miracle cure, just do what the GP told me.

But here is the rub and why she is terrible and I would ALWAYS recommend friends NOT to see her. I was charged hundreds of dollars for services I did not request and I was told to do. I pay insurance and I know I pay more for seeing a specialist. I also know if I have surgery there are additional charges. But for a routine office visit to be charged hundreds of dollars? That is just terrible. And she knew exactly what she was doing the whole time.
