I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their dental equipment was absolutely disgusting. It was by far the dirtiest equipment I have ever seen. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It was terrible! He did not own any fresh equipment.
