They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My appointment took 2 hours because they forgot about me not once, but twice during my visit. Due to their poor time management, the doctor was rushed and spent a total of 5 minutes with me. They lost a sample, and couldn't believe I didn't want to come back to give them another one. Despite the office manager's assurance that they would not bill the insurance or lab for the lost sample, they did. They allow pharmacuetical reps to hover in the waiting room and in the hall that leads to the exam rooms. One stood right outside my exam room which is an invasion of my privacy. Overall, this was a horrible experience and I will never return.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
