They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. His Receptionist is EXTREMELY rude and NOT helpful!!! Dr. Young is really nice and knows what he is doing, bu t the receptionist could lose many patients for him due to her ignorance and lack of customer skills.
