He's willing to ask for other qualified professionals' service when he didn't have the best equipment for my diagnosis. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. His full attention is always on me and he never takes personal calls during my appointment. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. He listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.He was very kind, very sincere, and questioned me in a concerned way to be sure he had the entire background. I didn't doubt their abilities at all. I always felt very safe in their care.
