I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff. They definitely could have been more polite. . . Dr. Levine is an Insurance Company shill - I went for a work comp eval and he took x-rays- he must have known I needed an MRI to properly be diagnosed - and he told me and the Ins Co I didn't have a problem- he was instrumental in me getting very little for my case- I paid for and MRI on my on later and found I had a torn rotator cuff, scar tissue , and fluid in my shoulder- he acted like I was a hypoocondriac. I needed surgery which I now cannot afford ,it should have been paid by workman's comp but in part thanks to his review he wrote up as the Insurance company wanted it I have to suffer until I can somehow can get it covered I should have insisted on another doctor but at that point I was so tired of fighting I just took the inadequate amount I was offered as I had had no income for several months . It's hard to believe someone so unethical is still able to practice. He will have to answer to a higher power when it is all said and done - he has to be an unhappy person practicing as deceptively as he does - if you go to him I hope yor're on the right side of the Insurance company ,obviously that all that counts.

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
