They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
